2.Fitness is already a popular sport, especially for college students. When you went to the IM WEST here, we can find out full of people in the fitness room. Especially from the period of 2pm to 10pm.
3. Also it is new to many people like me, I never warried about the body sharp, but after I been here, a lot of American are strong. I don’t know anything about it, but I will start to learn how to train at the gym, and tell people how to train at the gym.
4.First of all, warm up is very important for all kinds of sport, or you will jerk easily. Shake your hand and let your body feel more flexible.
5.Next, you have to choose the light fitness equipment to train, then you can add more heavy if you need. Because if it is too heavy, that will cause you jerk, so take more serious on it.
6. And the most important thing is that focus on one part of your body to train. The result of the part you train will have the obvious change. If you change different part all the time, that may be useless.
7. Also you should drink the protein, we can get it from the supermarket, and have different taste. This can grow muscle.But if just drink protein without train, it is easy to get fat.
8.Finally, don’t train too much at one time. It is easy to jerk, too. Your muscle will get pain easily. You can increase your train every time, but don't over train.
9.Fitness is good for your health, and it can let you have a good body shape. And don’t forget to do some massage after training. Massage helps people relieve the tension in one's muscles.Even it is simple, but it is helpful.

I agree with you! I think do more exercise is very good for our health. Also, gym is a good place to do exercise. But have a good plan to do exercise is very important. Do train too much at once is very had for our body. It it very easy to jerk. So the best way to do exercise is make a list or plan.

I also spent 80dollars to be a member of the gym.I have a chance to have a body-building.That makes me healthier and stronger.Having a strong body is good for our life.As you said,paying attention to the ways to exercise is quite important.If we have a exercise in good ways,we will not get hurt.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your opinion. Warming up is important to exercise more efficient. Also the attitude to enjoy exercise is significient. People can keep balance of body throught proper training. However,some people has excessive greed and it can cause side effect of their expectation. They should keep their mind and this is Korean proverb. "Too much is as bad as too little."
ReplyDeleteActually, to rebuild your body shape, you must have a strong willpower to challenge the extreme patience. i recognize lots of people who ain't satisfied with their body shape want to go to gym. But only few of them hang on over one month here. So most of them failed. yes, as you said making a plan and do some warm up first is very very helpful. i asked some fitness instructors about how to be efficient. the answer is the same as you said. and they also told me that if one get some friends to be with him all the time, he will do better.

I think that a good way to stay in health and being strong in the same time. Nowadays, men are doing more exercises to grow their muscles to be strong,I think it is becoming fashion ( but it is good for them :)
ReplyDeleteYes I agree with you, before I came to America, I never did not go to gym. but when I came to MSU and look that many students like to gym improve their body, so I know that health is important for us especially we should go to many place to study.I try to go to gym, that good. Gym can help us release ourselves, It cannot inflence by the weather.we can runing in the gym or do other exercise.there are many peers, we can communication with each other and help each other. that will be a happy time.

Also, if the person want to get a strong museles he should eat a healthy food ,and take enough time to take a rest. Many people like sport. In addition, people usually do not pay attention for them health until thy feel hurt or fat. If they keep doing exercise everyday that would not happen.

For example, swimming, jogging and going to gym… I would like to say different type of exercise that will help different person. If you want to have a good-looking body, going to gym will be the best answer for you. Although many people go to gym, each person may have different methods to train. No matter which kind of train you are using, the warm up is always one of the most significant things. American people usually focus on different parts of body at different time. For instance, if they want to do some exercise about their legs, they may just focus on legs at this time. During this exercise, they will make this part of body arrive at the utmost limit. Next time, they will not do it anymore or just a short review for this part. Also, they usually go to gym once two or three days. However, some people would like to do every part of exercise every day. They will not make their muscles as sour as last kind of training, but they will keep doing every day.

Doing more exercise is not only benefical to people's health, but also effective to loss people's pound. However, you should limite the quality carefully. Doing more will also harm for your body.

First of all, I need to apologize that I could not check your writing last night although I told you to revise by 10:00 pm. I got sick so I needed to go to bed early. Now I am fine.
I agree with your idea, and unfortunately, I don't have time to go to the gym now because of my study, work, and baby, I used to go swimming at a gym before coming to the US in Japan. I played and coached tennis, but I wanted to do something different, some sport that I was not good at, so it was a good experience as well as refreshing tool for me.
While living in NYC, I saw lots of people bike and run in Central Park. And as you wrote, although I have never been to the gym here, exercising is so popular in the US. But then I wonder why there are so many people who are obese in the US? I would like to say that, if they seriously care about their health, body shaper, or whatever, they should reconsider their diets (meals) before they exercise because the effect of food is more considerable than that of exercise. That is because we eat three times a day whereas we exercise only a couple of times a week. If their eating habit improves, I don't think they would need to exercise as much as they do now, and still they can be healthier. I am sure that it is one of the main reasons why Asian people are more healthier than the Americans.
