1.Now days, people like to have a good body shape, so of the people think many ways to keep their weight, sport or stop having the meal.
2.For most of the girls, they will choose to stop keep their weight by their meal, which mean on diet.
3.In my opinion, people who is on a diet is very harmful to their healthy.
4.First of all, on a diet is bad for people’s body. As we know, if people on a diet will strongly affect their body health. This way is reducing the weight by stop the body’s nutrient absorption . On the same time, people’s immunity will also go down, that really easy to cause people sick.
5.So it is very dangerous for people who are on diet.
6.Secondly, on a diet is most easy way to get tummy bug. Because while the time you eat, but you don’t or eat some snack. while the time you don’t eat, but you eat. So how can your tummy be good.
7.So no matter what happen, at the time you eat, you must have the meal.

I strougly agree with you! I also think diet is very bad for us. It also very dangerous for our health. If we don't eat food or just eat a little. We may lost many things what is our body need. So we need have meal on time. We not only have meal but also eat good things. We need eat something which is good for our health. Also, many girl like reduce weight. I think there has many ways to reduce weight. We can do some sports. So we can reduce weight, but we need choose a right way to reduce weight.
ReplyDeleteI disagree with you,because when we are in diet ,the stomach has a time to clean the pisones from the body ,and we give the stomach a time to take a rest.When we are in diet we feel that we are more active and healthy.Diet dose not mean that we don't eat our meals. Diet mean the we do not eat more than we need, and what we eat must be healthy like fruit,vegtable, meat,fish but without much fat and so on.
ReplyDeleteYes, i agree with you. I really think diet is bad for our healthy. It has some backdraws about diet.Everybody know coke cola has a kind of product is diet coke. Many people drink it because it is not increase weight, but we do not know that is dangerous for our body.People do not want to eat something bad for healthy. We can do more sports and eat some healthy foods, like fruits, more vegetables.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you, nowadays, most of girl want to lose weight, they control their meal, sometimes they did not eat angthing. also except girls, people like to focuse on the body shape and they want to let they body shape looks good,they choose face lifting or other make up. but the important thing is that when the foucs on lose weight they ignore they health is decrese,in the long run some people get sick beacuse of lose weight. In my opinion, keep weight is a normal thing, we can choose other ways to do that such as do exercise, go to gym, and so on.we should understand that haelth is most important thing for our life, however you are beautiful or whatever you can do.

If people on diet that does not mean they cannot eat anything, but that means there have a quantity from food they cannot across it, or they cannot eat starches or another type of food. In addition there are some members of the human body do not get any rest since they born, so by diet they can recover and take rest. Also that make the whole body takes rest because the body works together, and all that good for healthy.

Anyway, many evidents show that one who is on diet usually get failure in losing weight instead of breaking health because getting food is the only way to absorb or replenish the necessary energy to keep your body working well on daily life. I mean it is like the chronic suicide. Scientists and doctors tell us that do exercise frequently and regularly is the best reasonable way to keep one's fit.

I agree with some of your opinion. Of course, being on a diet is harmful for people. It influence to keep health and it is a important factor for people who is on a diet because they can change their psycology according to the result of diet. After all, it might effect physical and mantal health. However, I have been never heard about tummy bug before. Is it true? Perhaps, if it were true, being on a diet is really harmful for people. In my view, people who wants to being diet, they had better exercise for their health not eat.

This event has happened in China many times. It is not a scientific way to keep your weight. In contrast, it may make you fatter than before. There are many methods can help you to lose your weight or keep your weight, such as doing some exercise and rational diet.

If you mean people keep the food and eat nothing that is very bad for the health. Sometimes that causes a lot of disses such as blood sugar,and blood pressure. At that time people will not get the shape they really want it.I think who want to stay in a good shape, she/he should avoid the fries with a lot of oil.Because this oil will transform to fat inside the body .That makes the body is not a good shape.

I have never thought of dieting in my life, so this topic is quite difficult to discuss for me. Ideally, people should be able to keep their weights normal without dieting if they do not eat too much nor junk food. I am 39 years old, and some of my friends at the same age are getting fat. I am somehow still thin. One of the reasons is that I do not eat (like) oily food. Although I eat quite a lot, I don't mind eating less also. So these must be helping me to keep thin.
It is interesting to see that all the Arabic students say that dieting is good whereas all the Asian students say the opposite. This must come from the custom of each region. In Muslim, they have ramadan in which they go on a diet. But in Asia, we don't have that kind of custom, and instead, we hear many cases where girls get sick because of extreme dieting. Basically, I think, people tend to eat too much. If they reduce the amount of food, we all should be healthy without dieting.
