How Do People Expression Their Emotion

- happy, sad, or angry. people have lots of emotions. how do people expression their emotion are different .
- for some peple, they do not easily to show their emotions. you are hardly to know what are they thinking about. If they are happy, sad or angry. And I found when people grow up, they become more mature. They know how to cntrol their emotions.
- For some people, they are more emotional. They are easy to feel happy, and for next second, they feel sad. You can easily to see if they are happy or not. Also, sometime, they express their emotion extremly. when they are happy, they can do
- If you are in a bad mood, I think find a good way to abreaction is important. and there are many ways to abreaction your emotion.
- To abreaction your bad emotion, cry is the most direct way. when something made yo unhappy, after cring, you will fell better. people always said that man can not easy to cary, they shold be strong. But I think all peopple will have a bad mood, man also can cry when they fell bad. At least, they can cry when they are alone if they want to be a 'strong' man in front of others.
- Talk to someone is also a good way, and this is one of the reason that why we need friends. Sometimes, people can not have rational thinking when they are in a bad mood. So, tell your friends what is the trouble. why are you sad, or why are you angry. your friends will comfort you, and give you suggestions.
- Some people like to write diary. I like it also. Everyone have their own secret, and do not want to tell others. So, write in down. It is like a way that you are talking to yourself. Gradually, you can know yourself well.
- Do sports, yelling(better in a place with less people), and even play games are both the way to abrection your bad mood. Find a way can make you feel happy, do not always in a bad emotion.
- No matter how bad are you feeling, don not anger to other innocent people.
- Life is tuff. So, be nice to yourself, and also be nice to others.
I agree with your opinion. I think people have their own style to expression their emotion. As me, i like to talk with my friends. This is a really good way, you can share your emotion with them. And if you feel unhappy, they can make you feel happy. Express your stree, you can do some sports, just like you said.
ReplyDeleteI agree, there are some people who like to hide his/her emotions. But of course, if we have a bad emotions we should not try to share people our bad emotions. Only, if it is a good emotions,then we can share it with people. Also, the person should control his emotions. Some people like to tell his/her friend \bout his/her emotions ,they think it is a good way to feel good.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. everyone has bad mood time, but we should find a good way to abreaction. like you said we can do sport, cry, and talk with friends,those ways are good for us without hurt other innocent people. also when we feel bad mood, we should control ourselves, escape agrue with other people. moreover, man always not choose cry, but in my opinion play basketball, soccer, tennis, and other strenuous exercise is good for abreaction ourselves.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your opinion. Everyone has own words and they can express their feeling. Also people have a freedom which can show their emotion by tell oneself to others. To express one's emotion is a way of show their situation and it is necessity. However,if they reject like they express themselves, it will not be a problem. I mean, we should reject someone's own feeling and thinking.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. As people grow up, they have to learn how to control their emotions. Also, keeping a good emotion will help people work hard and well during their weekday. I believe talking to their friends and writing down are the normal methods to vent their emotion when they are angry. These ways will distribute what they are focusing on, in order that help people forgive or find a better answer later.
ReplyDeleteI agree, different people have different way to show their feelings. For me I like to talk to my parents, they will explain more to me to make me feel relax. But I also meet somebody who is very negative, even it is ok to show his own emotion in his own ways,because it is a free society. But in my opinion, I think we should solve our own emotion problems in suitable ways, it will make you feel better.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. For me, I'd like to talk with my friends when I face something make me anxious or angry. I think that is the best way to make me relax. No matter how disappiont or how angry, I will be happy after talking with my friends. However, each singles has his/her own way to solve these problems. So, keep mind to share these unhappy things to others no matter parents or friends. It will make you feel better.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your opinion. As you said, some kinds of people is very hardly to know what he thinking. It seems that this kind of people just have a few emotion. I think emotion is very important for us. Especially when we have a conversation, emotion can let your partner know you happy or sad, you clear or confused. It is a good way to expression what you want.
ReplyDeleteYes that right. In began, the article start to talk about both happy and sad emotions. However, from the middle until the end it is talking about how people release from bad emotions, so that does not match with title.
ReplyDeleteAnyhow, people have to know the sage people who are patience and respect themselves, which is mean if they are sad they cannot harm other because they are sad. Also, in happy emotion when they win or whatever things make them happy they have to celebrate with respect other people. Because some people when they win, they do mockery thing such as shows their tongues. In addition, the first act how will be count.
Finally, the article mentions several methods to release sad emotions. However, there are some other methods, and one of them stays on a beach fort of the sea and meditates, and that especially during the sunset and the sunrise.
Yes I agree with you. There are many way to express our emotions. The most important thing is people have to don't hurt other people with their emotions. People should get ride of their sad emotion because when they keep it in their body that will cause some Psychological problems.So people could try the way that help them to be better.

ReplyDeleteyes, i agree with you. i prefer to share my emotion with my friends. but it doesn't mean i would like and could share all of my heart-secret. it depends on the situations and what kind of friend you are talking to. i think the emotion comes from others and react to others too. sometimes, we are happy,but sometimes we are maybe sad. it is easy to express them by the moving of your face muscle to your guests. however it could be hided. i dont like to share my negative face to any my friends or passangers, it is a character, but i don't want to be hot happy too. so i am a good hider. i agree with Essraa too, dont hurt other people's emotion as possible as you can.

So it seems that everyone agrees with you. Of course, human beings have emotion; some people are more emotional whereas others are less. But still, we are animals, so we can't help but sometimes get angry, sad, disappointed, etc...
I myself is a kind of person to keep everything in myself because I am not a talkative person. My mother did not like a man who talks a lot. So she trained me to be rather silent. Well, it worked well. I turned out to be someone who does not talk about things that are even important to talk about in my family, which sometimes makes my wife angry. It is not because I think men should try to look themselves strong or should not look weak; it is just my character. Watching me teaching in class, it might be difficult for you to imagine that, but I hardly speak at home. I like to be silent. These days, because I have a son, I tend to talk more, but probably not as much as normal men do at home.
Probably most importantly, I don't feel that much stress. Somehow, I am less emotional, and I usually don't feel sad, depressed, and so on. So even if I have one of them, it naturally goes away in a short period of time. So this may be the reason why I can keep quiet.
